HELP!!! BLOODY STEAM CONNECTION!!!

Is anyone else having this problem?
I click on the server it goes through its ualual bits and pieces and its like it freezes on the spectator screen. I then go to choose a side and nothing happens for a long time and it is still frozen on that same screen and you can look around but not move. Then when it finally lets you on it is frozen at the spawn site, same thing like before you can look around but cant move.
Has anyone got a remedy for this problem?

Well what wonders a system resotre can do for you.
I think I stopped a steam download that fucked evrything up for me.

thats wat happens to me sumtimes wen my ping is like 900 as i enter the server. use net_graph 3 to see ur real ping.
