Any other maps

Just wondering do you guys have any other maps. Some of the other servers have got some pretty cool maps and just wanting to know if you upgrade yours every so often so it doesnt get boring. Its just like sex you have to mix it up a bit or else you start lokking elsewhere for your excitement.

yeah I've got some good ones on my comp. Theres one hwere you have to get to a submarine and it has a hand drawn map lol.

Yeah we have just finished fine tuning our server to allow us to play ladder matches on it, and are now discussing whether we should dedicate a few evenings a week to crazy custom maps. What do you guys think? Leave your comments here!

yep, exatel has the coolest custom maps (one big a's talking about is subterania)

Ok me n : ) will work on getting a custom map system set up, so on say wednesday and friday evenings our server will only play custom maps. Something along those lines!

All right now thats what Im talking about! See if you can get small hill thats also a pretty good one, its harder when it is a night map. Maybe you could do some of the standard maps with the night settings on I think that would be pretty good in seeing some of the crews stealth techniques.

small hill rules, neva played it as allied but as nazis its the best map in my opinion

dod beta's Hill map was teh pwnzor !! especialy with the cannon that worked

small hill has 2 working cannons PEOW PEOW!!! (or boom boom i forget which)

OoOoO hmm i was playing CS:S and i played that zombie horde for the first time OMG THATS SO FUNZZZZZ!!!! maybe we could get a patch for DoD:S and put it on the zombie horde setting every now and again
Oww and the Warcraft CS is fun i remeber there being a DoD warcraft server back in the day dont know where it went but could be fun aswell

used to play that zombie mod all the time, fuckn hard to kill them. fuck the WC mod tho, what absolute tripe

yea the zombie mods hard as but fun as fuck, nah wc mods cool, till u get guys who play it all the time and get like a real high level and know what all the shit does

maybe they could do a superhero one like on cs. I was level 10 before i got hooked on DOD. It was cool having nightcrawler and going through the walls and floors sneaking up and killing people.
I would just like to see some different maps to mix it up a bit, you get bored with playing the same maps all the time.

I think youll find that a few of the hardcore DODS players dont like this mod as NOOBS tend to use it to cause probs... but hey... just warnin ya!

although there is potential in the standard mod settings for chaos.

but ive removed all the gay shit - just means you have a very tidy interface with extra commands

Im liking the mani mod, makes getting rid of people very easy

im workin on the custom maps thing next-
it was on the list that the make mgl.cfg, server.cfg, learn to ftp into the server, speak program (gamecomm), admin mod (mani admin) was on - all that shit is crossed off - once ive done that thats it. no more fucking admin work for me!!!!

basically it comes down to getting a url for people to download the custom maps from as that way its a quick download.

also i need to find out exactly what files are needed on the server - ie weather just the map file is enough.

when I get a chance this week I will go through some of the maps that I have on the comp and I have also got a website somewhere that lists all the maps. Theres one like the Halo map and theres even alot of the smaller fun maps like on CS.
